Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, data analytics, or related fields., analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive meaningful insights., Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and present information in a clear and concise manner., Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work., Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint., Fluent English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

What You'll Do.

Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
