Must Have
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, data analytics, or related fields., analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive meaningful insights., Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate and present information in a clear and concise manner., Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work., Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint., Fluent English and Spanish.
Nice to Have
SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools are a plus., Other languages are a plus., problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions., Prior experience or internships in operations or related fields is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do.
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement
and drive operational excellence.
Support the operations team in managing and coordinating various global operational activities
including event planning
and customer experience optimization
Identify opportunities for automation
and cost optimization while developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and resolve project-related issues
and interpret data related to operational performance

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to the operations team and assist in making data-driven decisions.
