Let’s make it happen! ## What you'll do in our different roles As a Global Operations Intern, you’ll join the team ensuring that Emma’s products move seamlessly across markets, from forecasting and production to warehousing and delivery. This is a hands-on, analytical, and collaborative role within a fast-paced international environment. You will contribute to optimizing how we plan, produce, and deliver our products, ensuring that every step of our operations runs efficiently and creates value for our customers. Depending on your skills and interests, you could work in one of several teams: Supply and Demand Planning Build market-aligned demand forecasts using data-driven assumptions and regular input from local teams Translate demand plans into production and replenishment strategies that maintain healthy stock levels across markets Coordinate production schedules and delivery timelines with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure product availability Monitor inventory performance, identify risks of stockouts or excess, and propose corrective actions Production and E
