About the Role: Media Operations Director Join our team at the heart of delivering high-impact, multi-channel media solutions for a global client portfolio. We bring together creativity, data and technology to deliver seamless campaigns that drive measurable business growth, and this role plays a pivotal part in making that happen. As Media Operations Director, you will lead the delivery, optimisation and evolution of media operations across digital, traditional and emerging channels. Acting as a bridge between creative, technical and commercial teams, you will shape efficient processes, champion innovation and ensure best-in-class campaign execution. What you’ll do Develop and deliver media operations strategies aligned to business goals, ensuring efficiency, compliance and risk management Lead cross-functional collaboration to set performance targets and drive accountability Oversee campaign execution and optimisation across all channels, improving workflow and output quality Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor Use data and insights to streamline resource and capacity planning Partner with finance on governance, budgets and quality assurance Lead transformation initiatives with global stakeholders Manage vendor and technology partnerships, ensuring smooth integration Champion learning and development, and lead, mentor and grow a high-performing, global team What you’ll bring Deep knowledge of the media landscape, platforms, analytics and programmatic tools Strong operational expertise across workflows, processes and resource management A data-led mindset with the ability to turn insights into action Curiosity for emerging technologies, including AI and automation Experience leading and developing teams across multiple locations About the Agency: At OMD EMEA, we strive to deliver on our promise of ‘better decisions, faster‘ for our clients, partners and all 6,000+ OMDers across our region every day.
