Must Have
15+ years relevant experience in HR Operations, Transformation & delivery, prior experience managing Offboarding across multiple geographies, managerial experience

What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end transformation of Global Offboarding function
Establish and execute employee separation strategy
Design and execute Global Offboarding strategy
Determine approach to implementing transformation initiatives
and develop global team
Design and implement multi-year transformation roadmap
Translate offboarding transformation vision into actionable strategies
Drive operational efficiency improvements
Reduce process variation
Eliminate gaps in service delivery
Support innovation through continuous process enhancement
Implement enhanced controls
Strengthen governance frameworks
Ensure audit readiness
Establish quality metrics and performance indicators
Develop executive reporting
Develop trend analysis
Develop predictive models
Obtain executive sponsorship for transformation initiatives
Mediate competing priorities among diverse stakeholders
Lead cross-functional collaboration on enterprise-level topics
Identify risks that may impact delivery
Ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed
Involved in medium to long-term planning for broad issues
