Must Have
Medical Degree (MD) or a PhD/PharmD/MSc in science, deep scientific knowledge of Ophthalmology, At least 5 years in the pharma industry, mandatory experience in regional or country medical leadership roles, Outstanding communication and influencing skills, ability to negotiate, coach, and partner successfully across diverse cultures, solid understanding of the drug development process, regulatory requirements, medical/healthcare compliance
