Must Have
Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field, from an accredited institution, 10 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated coordination and project management success, Knowledge of B2B business environments, project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, Excellent communication and coordination skills, analytical skills for campaign performance tracking, Detail-oriented with organizational abilities, Proven ability to work effectively in a support and execution capacity
Nice to Have
knowledge of automotive, heavy engineering, and construction industries would be beneficial, Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
What You'll Do.
Coordinate the execution of the 2026 marketing plan to ensure all campaigns are completed in a timely manner and to specification
Support the execution of the full-funnel demand generation strategy according to the marketing plan

Support the regional teams when needed on events organization

Partner with global teams to systematically record main customer pain points

**_Primary Role_** _**&** **Mission**_ We are seeking a detail-oriented **Global Marketing Programs Manager** to provide maternity cover for a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role focuses on the execution and coordination of our established global marketing strategy, ensuring seamless campaign delivery across multiple regions through effective project management of the marketing organization.
