What You'll Achieve.
Ensure processes are sufficiently developed to meet program objectives, safety standards, regulatory expectations, and quality compliance.; Achieve key project milestones.
Industry & Context.
Lead manufacturing investigations and root cause analysis; Identify and communicate gaps, risks, and inefficiencies; Drive implementation of process improvements and risk mitigations
10 – 25% travel for key in-person meetings, partner site visits, and SME/technical person-in-plant assignments.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Science or engineering degree, 4+ years of relevant operational pharmaceutical experience, experience in MS Office suite applications, Experience working with cross-functional teams, external partners and CDMOs, Experience in authoring challenging technical documents, experience in a key functional area within pharmaceutical operations, Experience in pharmaceutical and process development
Nice to Have
Experience with Python and machine learning frameworks, Knowledge of X, Proficient in X, Familiar with X, X experience required
