3+ years managing domestic and international shipments, Coordinating LTL, FTL, air, and ocean shipments, Shipping/customs documentation, Incoterms knowledge, Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems, Inventory management, kitting, cycle counting processes, Material traceability in regulated environment, Physical ability to stand 4–6 hours/day, Lift up to 50 lbs, Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Tracking freight spend, Identifying cost-reduction opportunities, Fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments, Proficiency operating forklifts, Material-handling equipment proficiency, Manufacturo or other specialized manufacturing software, Aerospace, electronics, or high-precision manufacturing experience
