What They're Looking For.

Must Have

University degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline., At least three years of experience in global logistics, supply chain, or a closely related field., Proven experience managing end-to-end logistics operations in a regulated or complex international environment., knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements across pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics operations., Proficiency with enterprise systems such as SAP and confidence working with digital logistics or tracking platforms., Effective communicator with stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams., Functional knowledge of English and of Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have

Experience in pharmaceutical or advanced therapy logistics, including temperature-sensitive and time-critical shipments., Experience leading provider governance routines and continuous improvement programs across global logistics networks.
