We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and analyse global learning initiatives. This role combines analytics expertise with instructional design to deliver high-quality, impactful learning solutions that align with business priorities and drive organisational performance. You will take ownership of learning initiatives, act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, drive data-informed decision-making, and help strengthen a culture of continuous learning in a global environment. You will also be part of a global team, collaborating effectively with an HR network worldwide. This role follows a hybrid model mixing office and remote work.
