Must Have
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Leadership Development, Proven experience building and delivering leadership and/or manager development programs, Experience designing and developing online learning, microlearning and other self-paced content, program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once, Experience facilitating leadership sessions, workshops, and cohort-based programs, Ability to partner with leaders at different levels and translate business needs into development solutions, communication skills—able to create messaging that drives engagement and behavior change, Experience working with learning platforms, content providers, or LMS/LXP tools, Comfortable using data and feedback to assess impact and continuously improve programs
Nice to Have
Experience working in a global environment across regions preferred
