What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in an IT support role, good understanding of Windows based client environments and Active Directory, practical knowledge of computer hardware and maintenance, basic understanding of TCP/IP, Network elements and services, Wireless and VPN environments, ready to contribute to documentation, KB, manuals and monitoring, excellent troubleshooting skills, out of the box thinking and ability to provide workaround quickly, self-learner, able to learn and adopt new technologies quickly and willing to grow in the IT field, adopt knowledge and use it

Nice to Have

Knowledge of MacOS operating systems and management, Experience in Cloud Solutions (Office365, Azure)

What You'll Do.

Provide Tier 1-2 IT support for Playtech employees on-site and remotely

Troubleshoot IT problems globally via a centralized ticket system

Track and keep IT assets inventory up-to-date

Be responsible for installation

maintenance and troubleshooting different devices

Troubleshoot network issues

Communicate with employees to identify problems and advise on solutions
