Join our team and create, improve and innovate the everyday! The Global Manager – IT Infrastructure provides strategic and operational leadership for Pyrotek’s global IT infrastructure environment. This role leads infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud strategy, and operational excellence across a global manufacturing footprint. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, experience managing global teams, and the ability to build scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions that support business growth. We believe great work happens through collaboration, flexibility, and accountability. This role follows a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. * More in office days may be required for special projects, training and onboarding. What You’ll Do * Lead global IT infrastructure strategy and execution * Oversee hybrid cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP * Drive infrastructure modernization, automation, and standardization initiatives * Manage global networking, servers, storage, and data center operations * Strengthen cybersecurity posture and support Zero Trust architecture * Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning * Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) * Manage infrastructure budgets, vendors, contracts, and SLAs * Develop global standards, governance, and compliance practices * Lead and develop distributed infrastructure teams and external partners * Support 24/7 manufacturing and business operations worldwide What
