What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, 5+ years leading teams in a global, multi-site environment, Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments, knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations, Experience supporting manufacturing or operational environments, Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
Nice to Have
Advanced degree or industry certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or CCNP, Experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP, Experience with SD-WAN and Zero Trust networking, Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, Experience with Infrastructure automation and observability platforms, Experience with NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks

Join our team and create, improve and innovate the everyday! The Global Manager – IT Infrastructure provides strategic and operational leadership for Pyrotek’s global IT infrastructure environment. This role leads infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud strategy, and operational excellence across a global manufacturing footprint. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, experience managing global teams, and the ability to build scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions that support business growth. We believe great work happens through collaboration, flexibility, and accountability. This role follows a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. * More in office days may be required for special projects, training and onboarding. Subject to change at leadership discretion.
