Deine Rolle Als Global IT Infrastructure Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Schlüsselrolle in der globalen IT‑Organisation der BEUMER Group. Du verantwortest die strategische Ausrichtung, Weiterentwicklung und den stabilen Betrieb unserer weltweiten IT‑Infrastrukturlandschaft. Ziel der Rolle ist es, skalierbare, sichere und leistungsfähige Plattformen bereitzustellen, die unsere Geschäftsprozesse, Digitalisierungsinitiativen und weltweiten Projekte optimal unterstützen. Deine Aufgaben * Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer globalen IT‑Plattform‑ und Infrastrukturstrategie im Einklang mit Unternehmens‑ und Digitalisierungszielen * Gesamtverantwortung für Design, Implementierung und Betrieb einer globalen Infrastruktur (Compute, Storage, Virtualisierung, On‑Premises, Hybrid und Cloud) * Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Monitoring und Security der weltweiten Infrastruktur * Vorantreiben von Automatisierung, Infrastructure as Code und DevOps‑Best Practices (z. B. Terraform, Ansible) * Steuerung von Rechenzentrumsbetrieb, Cloud‑Migrationen und hybriden Architekturen über AWS, Azure und GCP * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Applikations‑ und Entwicklungsteams zur Integration stabiler und skalierbarer Plattformservices * Verantwortung für Backup‑, Disaster‑Recovery‑ und Business‑Continuity‑Konzepte inklusive Tests und Dokumentation * Führung eines globalen Teams sowie Steuerung von Cloud‑Providern und strategischen Partnern inkl. KPI‑Definition und ‑Reporting Dein Profil * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im IT‑Infrastrukturmanagement, in Cloud‑Plattformen oder Enterprise‑Architekturen * Mindestens 4 Jahre Führungserfahrung in globalen IT‑Infrastruktur‑ oder Plattformteams * Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT‑Operations‑ und Cloud‑Transformationsprojekte * Erforderliche Zertifizierungen: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ und ITIL v4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and
