Team & Collaboration
Lead and synchronize a network of regional/local ITAM technical representatives; Act as the global coordination point for ITAM execution; Provide operational guidance and standards interpretation to regional teams; Ensure consistent application of ITAM processes across geographies; Establish global standards for hardware tagging, discovery, and data entry; Coordinate configuration needs, integrations, and operational enhancements with internal platform teams; Drive adoption and correct operational usage across regions; Coordinate with Flexera support to troubleshoot platform, data, and integration issues; Work effectively with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Security teams
