What They're Looking For.
Must Have
IIA certificate or working according IDW Assurance standard IDW AsS 983, International scope & cross-functional auditing history required (IT, HR, SCM, PUR,. . . ), Academic degree in business administration, IT, law, engineering, or comparable qualification, Several years of relevant professional experience, such as internal audit or operational business, Business-fluent English language skills (written and spoken), Self-confident appearance and professional presentation skills, Advanced team and communication skills
Nice to Have
good German language skills preferred, Knowledge of finance and SAP expertise would be an advantage
What You'll Do.
Independently execute audits across various business areas and processes within ContiTech entities worldwide
Analyze KPIs and data
conduct walkthroughs and interviews across departments such as accounting
Identify risks process optimizations and ensure the effectiveness of internal control systems and compliance with internal standards / policies and regulatory requirements
Compile audit report and present the results to the management
Propose measures to address identified risks and provide actionable advice to the business
Advise management on the development and enhancement of internal processes and structures
Monitor the implementation of recommendations
