Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), 5+ years experience in Occupational Health Nursing, 5+ years experience in Workers Compensation case management, 5+ years experience in clinical injury management, Registered Nurse (RN) license, Ability to obtain RN license for IL, NY, CA, MN within 6 months
Nice to Have

This role provides expert clinical leadership for complex and high-risk cases while establishing global standards, governance, and partnerships that ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality injury management and return to work outcomes worldwide. The Global Injury & Claim Coordinator works closely with Baxter Human Resources, Legal, Health and Safety, Operations, and external partners to support employee recovery, optimize return to work outcomes, and minimize Baxter’s total cost of injury or illness. Using global claims and medical data, the role identifies trends, systemic risks, and prevention opportunities and translates insights into actionable strategies that support hazard reduction and enterprise risk management.
