Maintain structured data storage
Keep Wallet/MR status current
Own allocated incentives compliance SOP
Own participant-payment compliance playbook
Partner with Finance on report accuracy
Implement gating controls
Maintain complete audit trails
Prepare audit-ready evidence packs
Assist responses to auditors
Enforce pre-allocation safeguards
Publish monthly KPI pack
Drive remediation plans
Document corrective actions
Document preventive actions
Own commercial management of vendors
Improve contract terms
Act as day-to-day owner for vendors
Support RFPs/renewals
Serve as business owner for technology
Define requirements for technology
Validate designs for technology
Manage data reconciliation
Manage go-live sign off
Ensure complete system logging
Collaborate with other departments
Lead improvements on incentive design
Drive improvements on risk management
Drive improvements on compliance constraints
Improve panellist payment experience
Ensure friction-free payouts
Ensure rapid correction of issues
Provide proactive respondent communication
Use root-cause analysis
Use controls to prevent issues
Coordinate respondent communications
