What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, International Relations, or related field, 5+ years of related professional experience, 1-2 years of experience working with U. S. immigration processes, Proficiency in Workday, MS Office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook, Visio, Sharepoint, Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, Prioritization skills, Solid sense of accountability, Interpersonal skills, Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across disciplines and with various levels of the organization, Experience handling sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy, Proficiency in written and spoken English
Nice to Have
Knowledge of immigration case management systems, Knowledge of U. S. /global immigration policies, Experience working with non-U. S. immigration processes
What You'll Do.
Respond to policy and immigration questions
Advise internal stakeholders on immigration requirements
Review issues and employee concerns
Escalate legal issues when necessary
Work with counsel on immigration law compliance
Collect documents for visa/permit/residency needs
Monitor visa expiration dates
Manage cases for timely filing
Maintain immigration-related content on portals
Maintain immigration files
Educate business stakeholders
Maintain knowledge of immigration policy changes
Communicate policy changes to stakeholders
Review and track immigration vendor invoices
Prepare verification documentation for travel
Participate in other projects
Prepare immigration petitions
Conduct case analysis
Gather draft immigration forms
Prepare immigration petitions with supporting documents
Ensure accountability for internal case management
Manage case files and documentation
Ensure accuracy of case files
Collaborate with immigration team
Ensure timely case communication
Communicate effectively with business units
Communicate regularly with internal teams
Conduct research on employment issues
Keep up to date on employment laws
Update legal team on regulatory changes
Review employment documents
Provide assistance with investigations
