Must Have
University degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, communication skills (written and verbal) in English, Experience in service management, HR vendor coordination, contract processes, sourcing/compliance topics, Previous experience in HR, procurement, service delivery, contract management, Exposure to global or cross‑border environments, Organisational and analytical skills, Ability to manage competing priorities, A pragmatic, solution‑oriented and detail‑driven approach, Ability to work effectively in an agile, international environment, Affinity with IT systems and process documentation

What You'll Do.
Onboarding and renewal of contracts and suppliers
Facilitate RFPs and Procurement exercises
Review contracts thoroughly
Undertake supplier and service risk assessments
Take ownership of all contracts and vendors
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
Ensure alignment with regulatory
compliance requirements
Support supplier performance reviews
Conduct reviews of HR contracts
Maintain and update service catalogue
Coordinate onboarding activities for Service Recipients
Monitor service performance
Support Service Review Meetings
Handle service level and volume reporting
Assist in annual charging activities
Align with regulatory
compliance requirements
Collaborate to problem-solve
Participate in Service Performance Boards
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Connect HR, Global Services, Finance, Procurement and external vendors; Work closely with Service Owners, HR contract managers, Procurement, and process experts; Develop strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders; Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance and NFR requirements; Collaborate with internal stakeholders
