scalable global HR process templates for core processes

including documentation and continuous improvement.

Lead global roll-outs and localization of these processes

Define and monitor process KPIs

drive optimization and automation initiatives

and lead change management

training and communication for new or updated processes.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with HR leaders, IT, Global Functional Teams and vendors to translate business needs into system design, configuration, testing and deployment for your process area.; Ensure process-driven data quality, compliance and risk management in close collaboration with HR Data, Analytics & AI and relevant HR / Legal stakeholders.
