The Global HR Partner, Corporate Functions is an enterprise‑level senior HR partner responsible for shaping and delivering the global talent agenda across corporate function CIO. This position serves as a trusted strategic advisor to the CIO and their leadership teams, enabling enterprise performance through integrated talent, workforce, performance, and succession strategies. This role is outcome‑focused, enterprise‑oriented, with accountability for ensuring corporate functions are future‑ready, high‑performing, and aligned to overall company strategy. In addition, this role will focus on developing & guiding the Talent Strategy related to future readiness and AI enablement. Partnering with the Talent Center of Excellence, this role will support transforming Corporate Functions with leadership capabilities, tech and AI to support agility and achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent & Workforce Planning * Lead global workforce and capability planning across corporate functions, aligned to enterprise strategy, digital transformation, and efficiency objectives. * Partner with leadership to model workforce scenarios, productivity levers, and skill investments. * Anticipate future capability
