What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15 years of progressive HR experience, deep expertise in organizational transformation and talent strategy, managed global HRBP teams, Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, minimum 10 years managing teams, including global teams
Nice to Have
advanced degree, professional services background
What You'll Do.
Partner directly with the CFO on Finance transformation
Serve as strategic HR partner to the CEO of JLLT
Provide oversight for HR partnership across Corporate Functions
Monitor and guide people strategy for JBS
high-quality HR service delivery
Provide executive-level management coaching
Lead on high-risk employee relations matters
Translate HR analytics into actionable insights
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as the strategic HR partner to the CFO; Serve as the strategic HR partner to the CEO of JLLT; Member of the Global HR Leadership Team; Member of the Finance Leadership Team; Member of JLLT’s Executive Team; work with your HRBP team and Regional HR Leaders
