What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or technical equivalent), Certified HSE professional (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CMIOSH, or equivalent), 8+ years of senior HSE leadership across manufacturing or complex operations, Proven success in program development, compliance, risk reduction, and cultural transformation, Skilled in data-driven decision-making and performance management, Demonstrated competency in Integrated Work Systems and/or Lean practices, Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, Collaborative leader who thrives in a matrix environment, Builds cross-functional alignment, Results-driven and execution-focused, Balances strategic vision with practical delivery, Confident communicator able to engage senior leaders, HSE professionals, and operational staff
