Finance business partnering to the CMO and Global Marketing/Insights teams
commercial marketing activities
spend & annual budgets
managing the Pepsi Lipton Annual operating plan process
monthly reporting analysis
managing the forecasting process
Advance the Finance digitization in the FP&A function
development of the planning and consolidation tool
partnering with the parent companies on data transparency
leveraging Power Bi to replace manual excel reporting
Business partner the CMO
Head of insights and marketing teams
Manage the overall PLI Support Centre budget
provide financial input/guidance on the A&M non-working
Participate in Monthly Marketing Leadership Meeting
Business partners the Global Senior Innovation Director
providing financial support and guidance on the health of the innovation funnel
Assist in preparing the financials for the quarterly GILT meetings
Prepare the detailed Global Overheads annual plan & track monthly actuals
identify cost digitalise the current process
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
working closely with the regional and global finance teams; partnering with the parent companies on data transparency; Business partner the CMO, Head of insights and marketing teams; Business partners the Global Senior Innovation Director; work in a matrix organization (cross-functional / cross-border) with multiple stakeholders / levels of alignment within the PepsiCo system, Unilever and Pepsi Lipton; contribute as part a small team and deliver through others across a multi geographical PLI team; networks across the organization and back into the parent company; Main interactions: Regional Finance teams (Finance Directors / Managers /Analysts), Controller and his/her team (including IBM accounting team), Global marketing and insights teams, PepsiCo Sector / Regional Finance Teams, Unilever GCAD/Foods Team
Communication Scope
storytelling; presentation skills; communication to PEP EUR for Global HQ forecasting
Process & Methodology
managing the Pepsi Lipton Annual operating plan process, including calendar, templates, communication, target setting, P&L consolidation, risk and oops and delivery of the final algorithm, managing the forecasting process through the year, ensuring integrity of the consolidation, helping in preparing the review deck for CFO and CEO sign off, Manage the communication to PEP EUR for Global HQ forecasting
