Provide Finance business partnering
Manage commercial marketing activities
Manage spend & annual budgets
Assist managing AOP process
Manage monthly reporting analysis
Identify key drivers vs prior year
Highlight risks & opportunities
Assist managing forecasting process
Ensure integrity of consolidation
Prepare review deck for CFO/CEO
Manage communication to PEP EUR
Advance Finance digitization
Develop planning and consolidation tool
Partner on data transparency
Manage PLI Support Centre budget
Provide financial input/guidance
Participate in Marketing Leadership Meeting
Business partner Global Senior Innovation Director
Provide financial support/guidance
Prepare financials for GILT meetings
Prepare Global Overheads annual plan
Track monthly actuals
Identify cost digitalization
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with regional and global finance teams; Partner with parent companies on data transparency; Business partner CMO, Head of insights and marketing teams; Work with multiple stakeholders/levels of alignment; Networks across the organization and back into parent company
