What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline required, 3–5 years of experience in Model Governance, Model Risk Management (MRM), Model Validation, or quantitative roles within AMLSA, financial crime and compliance, Knowledge of mathematics and statistics, Ability to use Tableau or other data visualization tools, Experience preparing or reviewing high‑quality model documentation
Nice to Have
Master's degree or higher is preferred, Ability to code using R/Python/SQL for data analytics is a plus
What You'll Do.
Support governance and lifecycle management of models
Ensure compliance with Model Risk Management policies
Conduct independent assessments of model design
Update and maintain model documentation
Monitor model issues and remediation plans
Partner with Tuning & Optimization teams
Support regulatory exams and audits

Collaborate with regional model owners and users; Partner with model owners, validation, compliance, technology, audit; Partner with Tuning & Optimization teams
