What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field, minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within global or multinational organizations, Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, scenario analysis, and VBA/macros development, demonstrated ability to build and optimize large-scale, complex financial models, Proven track record leading global budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple international regions and time zones, experience facilitating cross-border finance meetings and driving stakeholder accountability, proficiency with computer-based accounting, Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities, ability to distill complex, multi-dimensional data sets into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences, Outstanding organizational and project management skills, demonstrated ability to independently coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams in dynamic, fast-paced global environments, Superior verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to present technical financial information effectively to executives, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across different cultures and seniority levels
