Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the new construction project planning process. * Establish project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with user requirements. * Prepare new project Space, Cost & schedule report & long-term plan reports for management review. * Develop and manage initial project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery. * Maintain effective communication with project team members and respective stakeholders to provide project updates/ reporting, address concerns and foster strong working relationships between team members. * Ensure Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities are fully understood by the project team members. * Collect, classify, and evaluate data and information used in supporting the Micron new construction project planning evaluation request. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * The candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field from a recognised institute of higher learning. * Experience in Project Program management / Planning / Schedule Control is highly valued. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management.
