Significant leadership experience in facilities management, Proven track record across hard services, soft services, security, and health and safety, Technical competence in mechanical, electrical, and building systems, Experience owning health and safety at a senior level, Managing compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, Leading incident investigations, Building a genuine safety culture, Commercial acumen, Experience managing sizeable facilities budgets, Complex vendor negotiations, Experience with facilities management platforms, Experience with data reporting tools, Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, Comfortable operating at COO level, Credible with regional team on the ground
