What You'll Do.
Ensure all flight operations meet applicable federal regulations
Operate company aircraft safely and efficiently as PIC
Ensure compliance with FAA and TSA regulations
Ensure compliance with company-specific flight standards
Maintain required pilot licensure
Maintain medical certifications
Maintain applicable training
Deliver high level of customer service
Demonstrate Strategy’s culture of safety
Demonstrate Strategy’s culture of professionalism
Coordinate with corporate security specialists
Ensure aircraft is airworthy
Ensure aircraft is registered
Ensure required documentation is aboard aircraft
Complete facility assessments for proposed airports and FBOs
Conduct thorough preflight planning
Evaluate aircraft performance
Perform weight and balance calculations
Determine fuel requirements
Review weather conditions
Make decisions to start
delay or cancel flights
Deviate flight from planned route or destination
Communicate planned changes promptly
Complete Strategy Flight Risk Assessment Tool prior to
Ensure completion of aircraft preflight inspection
Complete all aircraft operations using checklists
Complete all aircraft operations using documentation procedures
Operate aircraft per Strategy Flight Operations Manual
Operate aircraft in accordance with published aircraft limitations
Complete all postflight duties
Notify company of deviations to planned itinerary
