What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in data governance, data quality management, risk/control frameworks, audit, regulatory change, or data management in banking/regulated environments, Proven experience designing and implementing DQ governance or control frameworks end-to-end, understanding of DQ concepts including rules, monitoring/dashboards, issue management, remediation governance, and lifecycle coverage, Experience operating in a multi-stakeholder environment across global/local teams, Ability to define workable requirements for DQ tooling and partner with technology teams to implement them, analytical and communication able to produce audit-ready documentation and explain decisions succinctly, Excellent level of English
What You'll Do.

Ensure governance covers end-to-end data lifecycle
Design and own Data Quality Key Controls
Define and maintain monitoring approach
Establish mechanisms to monitor adoption and adherence
Drive timely follow-up where gaps are identified
Ensure governance coverage across data creation
Translate governance requirements into standardized work instructions
Enable clear linkage between DQ governance
data management controls
and operational execution
Partner with platform and technology teams
Ensure alignment with Non-Financial Risk standards and regulatory frameworks
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Data Quality

Partnering with stakeholders spanning global and local data functions; Partner with platform and technology teams; Provide guidance, training, and enablement so that global and local data functions consistently apply DQ standards and procedures
