3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience working in an administrative or coordination role within an office or corporate environment., Experience supporting the delivery of events, conferences, or meetings, including logistics and stakeholder coordination., organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to demanding timelines., Ability to work independently while building effective working relationships and communicating confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
What You'll Do.
hybrid and virtual from conferences and meetings to networking workshops and multiday events
supporting the team when organising a portfolio of low to high complexity events

Team & Collaboration
working in partnership with the Global Events Manager and Global Events Organisers, host areas, external event partners and suppliers; building effective working relationships; communicating confidently with stakeholders at all levels
