Must Have

Requires 7+ years of experience in large-scale B2B marketing events, with proven experience managing global events in North America and Europe. Candidates must possess a strategic mindset, hands-on execution experience, and strong project management skills with high attention to detail. Experience managing vendors, agencies, sponsorships, and production partners is essential, along with comfort in fast-paced international environments and a willingness to travel.

What You'll Do.

The Global Events Manager will develop and execute Ultimo's global event strategy across the UK, Europe, and North America, focusing on pipeline generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

This role involves managing the annual event calendar, evaluating opportunities, and overseeing end-to-end execution of trade shows and customer events, including booth design and logistics.

The manager will also partner with Sales and Marketing teams for event alignment, lead follow-up, and campaign activation, while measuring performance and optimizing future programs.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborates with Global Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Design, Customer Marketing, and external vendors to ensure events deliver measurable business impact and support broader go-to-market priorities.
