6+ years of global event management experience, specifically within the fast-paced world of B2B SaaS or high-tech, Successfully navigated the complexities of planning and executing large-scale conferences for over 500 attendees, Possess a portfolio of branded experiences that prove you think far beyond "logistics" to focus on brand expression and attendee emotion, Master of tools like Asana, CVENT, and Salesforce, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects across different time zones simultaneously, Resourceful, independent problem-solver who thrives under the pressure of live events and keeps a cool head when the unexpected happens, Genuine passion for using AI-powered workflows and modern tech stacks to make event planning smarter and more efficient, Ready and willing to travel up to 30% of the time, including evenings and weekends

Play a lead role in the Inspire conference

Drive the full project lifecycle from venue sourcing and contract negotiation to meticulous budget management and on-site run-of-show execution
Partner with the broader marketing team to fuel pre-event buzz across social
