What You'll Do.
develop and support global service and efficiency improvement initiatives and related process changes

Understand end-to-end Equipment & Dish Machine planning processes (ordering
etc. ) in all regions and drive process improvements
Analyze regional equipment networks (sourcing
stocking locations) and identify/drive efficiencies
Support Procurement with High Risk/High Impact Supplier Management.
Hold regular meetings with suppliers and provide progress reports.
Update forecasts and safety stock levels.
Work toward reducing lead times.
Further localization efforts
by managing cross-regional production transfers that deliver expected savings without service disruptions through robust project plans and timeline adherence
Coordinate communication and alignment between all stakeholders: Planning
Formalize NPI process globally and provide global guidance
Develop plans and coordinate communications within NA and Global SCs (Planning
Lead the tracking of components for NPI’s.
Manage the delivery of new components and obsolescence of old components
including RQF/Staging and vendor orders.
Conduct regular meetings to review action items from R&D
Procurement/suppliers
and the commercial team to ensure component availability for engineering builds
Provide global leadership to drive needed inventory reductions through process standardization and oversight of implementation of tools and process
Coordinate long lead-time reduction efforts globally
Lead EQ MMO efforts within the broader MMO team.

This unique **Global Equipment Planner** opportunity will allow you to demonstrate your leadership potential as part of the Ecolab **Equipment Supply Chain** by developing and supporting global service and efficiency improvement initiatives and related process changes. This is an opportunity to gain knowledge in planning principles, project management, relationship management with the equipment team/other divisions, various regions, and external resources and system support processes. Reporting to the Global Equipment Supply Chain Director, you will be focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives by developing technology driven failsafe operations. **Main Responsibilities** _Planning Leadership_ * Understand end-to-end Equipment & Dish Machine planning processes (ordering, forecasts, etc.) in all regions and drive process improvements * Analyze regional equipment networks (sourcing, stocking locations) and identify/drive efficiencies * Support Procurement with High Risk/High Impact Supplier Management.
