As a Global Enablement Lead, you are responsible for driving high-impact, scalable field enablement solutions for the Global Business Organization, supporting our LinkedIn Sales Solutions business line. Solutions include go-to-market sales and customer success and services motions, skills development, product launches, and other key global business priorities. Responsibilities: * Act as lead subject matter enablement expert for large, complex, multi-quarter and multi-year sales initiatives requiring learning programs and change management to enable the field * Work closely with partners within enablement (Learning Design, Sales Performance Consulting, Program Operations) and across the company (Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing) to develop and recommend seamless, comprehensive enablement programs that are grounded in our core sales skills and are aligned to business goals * Align all programs and initiatives with key business priorities and performance targets. * Use analytically driven insights to ev
