understanding of Asia markets, including execution dynamics and local regulatory environments, Experience in FX sales, execution advisory, electronic trading, or workflow solutions, Ability to engage clients credibly on execution quality, market structure, and risk considerations, analytical capability, including execution data and trading pattern analysis, Technical familiarity with electronic trading platforms, TCA tools, and Excel
Nice to Have
Fluency in an additional European language is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Own delivery of GEM Asia products from client need identification through to execution and support
Partner with Sales to understand client requests and define tailored
commercially viable solutions
Develop business cases including market demand
Execute joint business plans with internal stakeholders to drive adoption
Advise clients on execution strategy across GEM Asia products
Support onboarding and adoption of electronic FX and workflow solutions and guide clients on liquidity access
and execution methodologies
