It looks a the end-to-end consumer journey – from product discovery to purchase. The Global Digital Commerce Capability Manager works closely with the Global Digital Commerce Capability Director to enable digital commerce capabilies across the enterprise. The role is a subject matter expert in digital commerce and is responsible for building and deploying best-in-class frameworks, tools, and processes for DComm, contributing to the continuous improvement of our marketing capabilities. In supporting the company to win in the digital retail landscape, the role will work closely with colleagues in Consumer and Expert Marketing, Marketing Technology and Operations, Media, and Commercial Excellence OUs.
