Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field, Minimum of 7 years of experience, Demonstrated experience leading data analytics programs or teams in an audit, finance, compliance, or risk environment
Nice to Have
Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CIA, CA, or a similar credential, Experience in Internal Audit, risk management, controls, audit analytics, or related functions, Experience working with large datasets in structured and unstructured environments, Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, S2K/AS400, or similar ERP systems, Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and Python, Experience applying automation, process mining, machine learning, advanced analytics, and continuous controls monitoring in assurance environments, Stakeholder management and communication skills, Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences, Operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
