Opportunity Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global Controller reporting to the Chief Financial Officer to join the Endeavour Finance Team to lead global accounting operations, strengthen financial controls and drive the implementation of a new enterprise-wide financial ERP system. This role is part of the support team that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting expertise, strong operational leadership, and hands-on systems implementation experience, along with the ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The Controller must be agile, professional, and effective in navigating change. This person should be highly organized, self-motivated, strategic, and an excellent communicator, with the judgment to handle confidential information and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
