What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Law degree (LLB / JD or equivalent) from a recognized university, 8–12+ years of experience advising on international labor and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions, Proven experience supporting multinational organizations in complex regulatory environments, ability to translate legal language into practical, business-oriented guidance, Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively, Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision, organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and deliverables, Willingness and ability to work across global time zones as needed

Monitor and analyze changes in global labor
and contingent workforce laws across multiple jurisdictions
Interpret legal and regulatory developments across regions including APAC
Assess the impact of legal changes on contingent workforce strategies and MSP program structures
Translate complex legal requirements into clear
actionable guidance for internal stakeholders
and maintain global compliance frameworks
and standard operating procedures
Produce periodic client-facing compliance insights to support business development and client engagement
Ensure adherence to compliance timelines
and organizational standards
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with sales and delivery teams to design and implement compliant workforce solutions; Collaborate closely with General Counsel and senior legal leadership on legal strategy and risk mitigation
