What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent, Experience bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment, Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting, 3+ years of supply chain management, production planning, capacity planning or manufacturing operations experience, Knowledge of materials management processes, including inventory management, purchasing, warehouse management, and material requirements planning
Nice to Have
Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders, Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis, PMP certificate, or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field, Experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations or similar technical platforms

Manage aviation hardware component lifecycle
Manage demand planning
Develop and implement strategic processes
Optimize supply chain efficiency
Optimize material quality
Coordinate engineering change orders
Coordinate production planning with contract manufacturers
Conduct comprehensive cost analyses
Refine procurement strategies
Support production requirements
Ensure technical specifications are met
Ensure cost parameters are met
