Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Manage multiple concurrent client onboarding and technical integration projects, coordinating across internal engineering teams and external client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of remote access environments. Lead and execute the setup of secure remote connectivity for enterprise ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, and related platforms), ensuring compliance, stability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during onboarding, leveraging ERP architecture knowledge, infrastructure understanding, and cross-functional support collaboration. Plan, track, and document project activities using enterprise tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring transparency, reporting accuracy, and compliance with internal and ISO standards. Conduct client-facing technical sessions, guiding stakeholders through onboarding requirements, addressing concerns, and providing clear, solution-oriented communication. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize onboarding processes, reduce friction, and enhance efficiency and scalability across global client environments. Requirements: 5+ years of experience working with enterprise ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or similar large-scale platforms, ideally in technical support, implementation, or onboarding roles. Strong background in technical project management, with proven ability to coordinate multiple complex initiatives in parallel under tight deadlines. Hands-on experience with system configuration, installation, or integration in Windows, UNIX, or hybrid enterprise environments, including familiarity with remote access methodologies. Solid understanding of ERP architecture and implementation/upgrade processes, with ability to troubleshoot across infrastructure and application layers.
