What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of sales/sales operations business operations, OR 5+ years of sales/sales operations business operations
Nice to Have
5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau sales applications – report and dashboard creation, knowledge of sales cycle and territory management, Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets at advanced level as well as fluency in Google (Gmail, Google Drive, etc. ), Experienced in Order and Revenue Forecasting models, Understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet PIVOT tables and basic functionality, Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, sales team members, and the IT team, Ability to foster collaborative and effective working relationships to drive change and build consensus with cross-functional teams in the US and internationally, Analytical and judgment skills necessary to identify cause-and-effect relationships and present recommendations and be able to present complex data in simple understandable format, Effective time management, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines and changing priorities, Self-motivated and able to operate with limited direction in a fast-paced project-driven environment, Ability to work outside normal business hours in order to accommodate international time zones
What You'll Do.
Drive sales forecasting and quota setting
Provide support to sales team with data
Analyze sales data to identify trends
Manage and maintain salesforce for accuracy
Identify and implement process improvements
Provide training to sales team on tools
Track and report on key sales metrics
Develop strategies and process improvement initiatives
Manage ad hoc projects for sales efficiency
Assist in sales compensation and commission calculations

Work closely with sales leadership; Establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, sales team members, and the IT team; Foster collaborative and effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
