What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business or a related field, At least 7 years of experience in strategic procurement or category management, with substantial exposure to Construction and Facilities sourcing, Proven experience managing complex construction-related sourcing initiatives and negotiating contracts on a global or multi-site scale, Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies and lead major sourcing and cost‑out initiatives, Analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into insights, business cases and strategic decisions, Experience working cross-functionally in an international environment, Solid knowledge of and hands-on experience with Swedish standard construction agreements ABT 06 and AB 04, Fluency in English, written and spoken

Master's degree or equivalent experience
