Role Overview The Global Cash Advisor provides technical and strategic leadership on Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) across GOAL's Country Offices. GOAL's CVA strategy focuses on three core commitments: scaling up CVA, systematising quality, and developing organisational capacity in CVA connected with health programming. Sitting within GOAL's Global Programme Technical Team, the successful candidate will ensure the technical quality of the CVA programme design and implementation.
