Your mission As Global CAD Design Manager , you will plan, lead and develop the global CAD function of the Group. You act as the technical and strategic reference for CAD activities, ensuring efficient, high-quality and future-oriented drawing production, fully aligned with QSHE standards and business priorities. You will drive standardisation, automation, innovation and long-term vision of CAD processes across the organization. 🔑 Key responsibilities Global CAD leadership * Lead and structure the CAD organization at global level * Allocate CAD resources according to project priorities and workload * Ensure efficiency, delivery quality and consistency across teams * Coach and support CAD team leaders and designers * Occasional international travel (~10%) Technical leadership & vision * Act as Global Technical Lead for CAD tools and methodologies * Maintain strong hands-on expertise in AutoCAD (advanced versions) and solid understanding of 3D environments * Define and own the long-term CAD roadmap: * Transition towards 3D and parametric design * Increased automation of drawing production * Reduction of manual and repetitive CAD work * Identify and implement future-pr
