What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5-7 years of experience in finance/shared services with AP, AR, and GL exposure, Hands-on experience in process transitions or migrations to shared services, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Nice to Have

Project management certification (PMP or equivalent), Fluent in German language skills are a advantage, Additional European language skills, Certification in Lean Six Sigma or advanced project management, Experience in the manufacturing industry

What You'll Do.

Lead process discovery and documentation

Develop and execute transition plans

Coordinate knowledge transfer

Act as liaison between local finance teams and GBS

Drive continuous improvement and standardization

Implement best practices and automation

Ensure service levels are met
